EDIT Will his plans fail?

I finally feel satisfied after hours of editing on Paint. Yes I used Paint to do this, I only use paint sadly it was hard! And I worked very hard on this pic and I think it is my best Prussia pic ever. Now my fingers can rest... But I still gotta type dammit.

So with Gilbird as his only friend and him not being a Country anymore. The awesome Prussia decides to take over the world with Gilbird. Will they succeed? Or fail horribly? The world may never know...
